Job Description

• Gathering and Analyze Requirement of a New or Existing Software Application from User or Client.
• Handle user request by collecting detailed user requirements, analyze the requirement, and give proposed solution.
• Responsible for functional test, system integration test & performance test execution and validate software applications prior to final release to customers.
• Work Closely with Project Manager to identify business needs.
•  Coordinate with Developers / Programmers, related to user requirement.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), related business rules with system testing and implementation.
• Create Mock Up Design, Flowchart of system.
• Create Functional Spesification Document (FSD).
• Create Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Create Technical Spesification Document (TSD).
• Create User Acceptance Test (UAT) document.
• Create Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Join User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with user/client.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as Business Analyst in IT Consultant Company.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
• Have experience creating Technical Document, such as : FSD, SRS, TSD, UAT.
• Experience in SDLC with Agile methodology and SCRUM.
• Good understanding about concept of data migration from one system to any other system.
• Good leadership skill, initiative, team work, and detail-oriented person.
• Strong team player with high level of Integrity and Motivation.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
• Strong logical sense, high discipline and enthusiastic team player.
• Fast moving but Accurate.
• Candidates who have 5 years or above experiences would be considered for senior positon.
• Join as soon as possible.
• Willing to be placed in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient, reusable and documented code
• Develop new functionalities to meet product team requirements
• Maintain the current platform so that the customer experience is seamless
• Participate with other developers in team in scrum meetings and occasional brain-storming/decision-making
• Implement continuous deployment to ship code every day, once a day.
• Develop service extensions required for projects development optimization.
• Provide all necessary tasks completing which correlated not only to code writing but important for project configuration / setup / debug etc.
• Deployment code to real (customer) environment.
• Preparation of estimations of development efforts
• Profiling project after go launch
• Coordinate with other designers and programmers to develop web projects.
• Assume ownership of code throughout development, staging, testing and production

Requirements

• Full-time employee, no internship, no part time,
• Minimum of 3-5 years PHP (Symfony framework) development experience
• Use Symfony framework to build websites in current jobs
• Excellent knowledge & advanced skill sets on SQL (along with advanced query), PHP, CMS, HTML5, Javascript  and CSS3
• including testing method for cross-platform browsers
• Great knowledge and experience in using PHP framework is a must
• Understanding of jQuery and AJAX
• Understanding of Twitter Bootstrap and mobile responsive design
• Having work portfolio or programming experience to show would be an advantage
• Responsible, honest and strong self-initiative
• Able to work in a team
• Comfort working with Linux-based systems
• Firm grasp of Git-based source control
• Familiar with Twig template engine
• Intermediate English (written)
• Working from home, but need to available from 9am to 6pm
